The Free Trial Class (FTC) is a 3-tier steps.
• The first day is the leveling test. Here, the student’s performance will be gauged by the teacher using our English Proficiency Test Leveling Guide to determine whether the student is a Beginner, Intermediate, or an Advanced student.
• The second day will be a sample of a Regular Lesson to show how our Regular Classes are conducted.
• The third day is a Confirmation Talk with the a Class Advisor. The parent/s and the student will have a discussion to determine whether they have decided to study in ETC. And when they do, the next step is the orientation for the Enrollment Process. The orientation is a 50-minute session to show the parent/s and the students the steps on how to enroll, book a class, create your account, and pay your fees.
Each lesson has its own Class Time (15, 25, & 50 minutes). Depending on the course recommended by your advisor. Your course validity is good from 30 days until you cancel them. You can cancel your course at any time before your next payment. Simply send us a message and we will do the rest.
All classes are online. You just log into your account in our Booking System page. You need a computer, an Internet connection, a microphone, and a webcam.
No need! We provide the necessary learning materials for all the courses during the class.
All monthly credits have 30 classes within 30 days. The class credits are then renewed after each 30 days regardless of the plan you choose. You can also book months in advance.
Yes you can! Change your course, program, or lesson at any time as long as the course is within your Level and with approval of the Class Advisor. Simply send us an email or give us a call.
After finishing a course level, you will receive a certificate from us. Then you can proceed to the next level of the same course.
Yes they are! Our educators are TESOL certified and graduates in different fields from prestigious schools. All have undergone language training in the dialect of the intended market to reassure beginner students who are hesitant to interact in classes due language barrier.
You can cancel your course with valid reason and ask for a refund within 30 days after
